This 6-week, trauma-informed virtual group coaching experience is specifically created with you in mind. It’s not therapy — it’s a guided, culturally responsive space for healing, truth-telling, and growth, led by a compassionate, knowledgeable coach who understands the realities of survivorship and the lived experiences of Black and African American communities.
What You Can Expect
6 intimate, weekly virtual group sessions led by certified coach and young survivor, Andrea Nwoke, CPCC
Trauma-informed coaching that makes room for all your emotions — without judgment or pressure to “stay strong”
Honest conversations about identity, resilience, and what healing really looks like
Guided support and tools for boundaries, self-advocacy, and emotional well-being
A focus on healing, empowerment, and action that centers your culture, your values, and your story
You’ll be in community with others who share not just a diagnosis, but the complexities of navigating survivorship while Black — from family dynamics and faith to systemic barriers and the strength it takes to keep showing up.
What is group coaching?
A space led by a professional coach who leads discussions, asks powerful questions, and creates a safe, growth-oriented environment.
Participants work on individual goals, but benefit from group insights, feedback, and support.
Interactive format often includes exercises, group reflection, and peer sharing.
Scheduled weekly sessions allow for momentum and relationship building.
Carefully curated curriculum designed by a professional coach who understands that your breast cancer experience often comes with an added layer of cultural expectations, systemic bias, and the ongoing need to advocate for your own care.
Whether you're navigating emotional healing, self-discovery or simply trying to feel like yourself again—this is a space where you can be seen, supported, and strengthened.
Is Group Coaching for you?
Group coaching can be a powerful tool when you feel like there must be something more in your breast cancer journey. This program is for you if you’re:
Able to commit to 6 weekly sessions with your group.
Ready to rebuild confidence and identity by being vulnerable with others on similar journeys.
Want to set and achieve new life goals with structured accountability.
Seek to transform your mindset from survival to empowerment through guided reflection and encouragement.
Are looking to build lasting connections and increase your motivation for ongoing growth.
Whether you’re newly finished with treatment or years into survivorship, this is your space to be real, be held, and be seen — fully and without apology.
