Meet Courtney
Courtney is a Development Associate dedicated to supporting revenue generation through meaningful donor cultivation and effective project management. She also assists in writing proposals and reports, maintaining strong donor relationships, and collaborating with her team to enhance fundraising initiatives, all while fostering a spirit of connection and commitment to YSC’s mission.
Before joining YSC, Courtney spent over five years at a nationwide cancer nonprofit, where she ensured equitable support for families facing cancer, managed a caseload, and guided a navigator team as the primary contact for hospitals and families. She holds a BA in Family & Child Studies from Montclair State University and a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University, embracing a surprise career reroute.
In her free time, Courtney loves exploring new restaurants, indulging in arts and crafts, and enjoying nature with her rescue pup, Kaja.
