Meet Andrea
Andrea Marz is the Operations System Manager. She is responsible for overseeing and optimizing organizational systems, external platforms, and data integrity to drive strategic and effective operations at YSC.
With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit and higher education sectors, Andrea brings extensive expertise in project management, IT coordination, and operations support to her role. With a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies with an Emphasis in Social & Environmental Justice, Andrea's passion lies in creating positive impact for underserved communities. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree focused on research and program evaluation, Andrea continues to expand her knowledge and expertise to effect meaningful change.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time in nature, exploring the beautiful parks of West Michigan and enjoying the serenity of Lake Michigan with her partner and rescued Australian cattle dog.
