True North Treks is a national nonprofit that aims to empower teens and young adults with cancer (and their caregivers) to live longer, healthier, happier and more meaningful lives. They offer free backpacking and canoeing adventures to teens, young adults and caregivers from across the United States. These outings are typically a full week or a long-weekend.
